Responsibilities & Context:As a Customer Care Executive at RoboticsBD, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing our service quality. Your responsibilities will include:Basic Technical Support:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers, addressing their queries and providing optimal solutions.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and guide them through product usage.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
  • Regularly update customer profiles and transaction details in our database.
Product Production Assistance:
  • Assist in product production processes while having an extensive knowledge of over 3000+ robotics and electronics items available in our inventory, including their names, categories, and functions.
কাস্টমার কল হ্যান্ডলিং
  • দৈনিক কাস্টমারের ফোন কল রিসিভ করা এবং অর্ডারের তথ্য সঠিকভাবে নথিভুক্ত করা।
  • বিনয়ের সাথে গ্রাহকের প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেওয়া।
  • অর্ডারের বিস্তারিত নিশ্চিত করা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য পাঠানো।
  • অফিসে আগত ক্লায়েন্টদের আন্তরিকভাবে রিসিভ করা প্রোডাক্ট বুঝিয়ে দেয়া।
  • প্রাপ্ত অর্ডার যথাযথভাবে রেকর্ড ও সংরক্ষণ করা।
  • অফিস ঠিকানা : উত্তরা
  • উত্তরা ও আশেপাশের এলাকার প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার প্রদান করা হবে।
Education Requirements:
