- Develop and maintain HR policies aligned with Bangladesh Labor Law, Buyers' Code of Conduct (COC), and industry standards.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition, ensure smooth employee separation, and implement retention strategies.
- Grievance and conflict management, identify root causes of absenteeism, counsel employees, and motivate them to improve their performance.
- Forming and operating Safety, Grievance, and Anti-Harassment Committees to promote a positive work environment and healthy industrial relations.
- Maintain and update personal files for all employees, ensuring compliance with HR documentation standards.
- Conduct orientation and induction programs for new employees to communicate the company's mission, vision, policies, and procedures.
- Support training programs for employees on compliance, safety, ethics, and labor law awareness.
- Handle disciplinary procedures, including grievance management, issuing necessary letters, conducting inquiries, and preparing reports in line with labor laws.
- Assist in all types of audits and factory visits, coordinating with relevant departments to identify non-compliance issues.
- Support audits and inspections, including BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, GOTS, C-TPAT, GRS, etc., and assessments of environmental, technical, and Buyer COC Audit (LIDL, NKD, H&M, KIABI, OVS, PEPCO etc.)
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and relevant ILO conventions applicable to the RMG sector.
- Prepare office orders, notices, memos, letters, and follow up with departments regarding HR, compliance, and administrative issues during audits and factory visits.
- Oversee housekeeping, discipline, and worker activities in the factory to sustain harmonious employee relations and ensure smooth production action processes.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Human Resource Management
- Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resources is preferred.
- 5 to 8 years

- Age 30 to 55 years

- In-depth knowledge of the Bangladesh Labor Law.
- Must have practical knowledge of piece-rate wage calculation.
