- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on all HR matters including workforce planning, change management, and organizational development.

- Oversee the full recruitment cycle for various departments including sales, project management, legal, and support teams.
- Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-performing professionals.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
- Develop and implement a structured performance management system tailored to the real estate sector.
- Monitor individual and team performance; guide managers on appraisals and feedback processes.
- Support development plans for underperformers and succession planning for key roles.
- Identify training needs across the organization and design role-specific training programs (e.g., sales, compliance, negotiation).
- Coordinate with internal teams and external trainers to deliver impactful learning experiences.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Design and drive initiatives that foster employee motivation, satisfaction, and retention.
- Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and create action plans.
- Organize team-building activities and employee recognition programs.
- Design and manage compensation structures including fixed pay, commissions, and incentives.
- Ensure payroll accuracy, timely disbursement, and compliance with local laws.
- Evaluate and manage employee benefits, insurance, and wellness programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations (e.g., RERA), and company policies.
- Oversee employment contracts, HR documentation, and grievance handling.
- Partner with legal for dispute resolution and audits.
- Manage HR operations including HRMS, employee records, and reporting.
- Leverage technology to streamline and automate HR processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection protocols.
- Promote diversity and inclusion across recruitment, development, and policy-making.
- Drive initiatives to foster an inclusive work environment.
