- Engage with customers in clear, professional English.
- Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle correspondence, calls, and meetings confidently.
- Self-motivated and willing to work within the SHIFT TIME with consistency
- Receive inbound calls and make outbound lead generation calls to and from elite clientele in a polite, professional, and persuasive manner.
- Maintain excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Handle queries with clarity, empathy, and confidence.
- Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up records.
- Meet & exceed individual KPI's assigned by the Management.
- Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess the validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.
- Report to the team leader for complicated issues
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in customer relations or client-facing roles preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
- A Level
- Bachelor/Honors
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center
- Age 22 to 32 years
- Only Female
- Highly fluent in English - both verbal and written.
