Responsibilities & Context:Implementation of CAIPP.Supervise and monitor CFM desk volunteer (COMS).Responsible for advocacy with the sector to close the case.Be responsible for information management, update service mapping etc.Set up information service center at designated location from 09:00AM to 03:30PM, 5 days a week. Record feedback and complaints in logbook.Responsible of monitoring the submission of complaint/Radio listening group session etc. in KOBO at daily basis.Crosschecking all the KOBO input with the registered logbook.Responsible for maintaining all communication materials inside his/her ISC.Refer complaints and feedback in line with established referral processes.Share key messages and information verified by UNHCR staff.Ensuring outreaching to the community hence promoting the awareness of the information point in the area of operation.Attend all Protection meeting, Sector meeting and represent information service center's activity.Being "inside" the community by working closely with the established community structure as well as working with Imams, teachers, majhis (boatmen), women groups, youth groups, persons with disability, among others.Presence at the information service center during working hours whilst reaching out to the community in accessing the information service center by division of task between the 2 staff.Ensure a locked suggestion box is set up for any written/confidential issues.Ensure all the documents (logbook, referral form, feedback form etc.) available at the information service center.Building on local "Knowledge bank "that will lay down foundation in Providing updated FAQs, and relevant information for the different locations as needed.Ensure protection mainstreaming in all of BRAC interventions. Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.Education Requirements:Graduate in any discipline from reputed govt. approved institutionHonors in Data Management and Computer Science will be given preferenceExperience:
