Responsibilities & Context:Manage the recruitment process, including creating job advertisements, screening CVs, arranging interviews, and completing the onboarding process.Accurately maintain employee records and databases.Address employee queries and concerns effectively.Assist in performance reviews and the performance management process.Support the implementation of training and development programs.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Actively participate in various HR projects and initiatives.Provide other administrative support as needed.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field from any recognized university.Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR department, with preference given to candidates with experience in a Senior Executive or similar role.Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employee relations.Clear understanding of the Bangladesh Labor Law and relevant regulations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bengali and English.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Experience:

3 to 5 years
