- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in Fundraising, Sales, Marketing, or Donor relations.
- Experience with donor management systems or CRMs (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience and Idea about RMG sector as development NGO is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be fluent in English Writing and Speaking.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in organizing events and donor engagement initiatives is a plus.
- Willingness to travel.
- Assist in the development and execution of the annual fundraising plan.
- Build a pipeline of potential donors (Philanthropic, Ready-Made Garments) through targeted lead generation in related fields.
- Manage donor databases (CRM) and ensure accurate Tracking, Reporting, and stewardship activities.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential individual, corporate, and institutional donors.
- Creation compelling Proposals, Presentations, and Donor Reports.
- Coordinate fundraising campaigns, including online appeals, events, and sponsorships.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to align messaging for fundraising activities.
- Assist in organizing donor visits, virtual/in-person meetings, and fundraising events.
- Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and ethical standards.
- Based on experience and qualification.
